Canada University of Manitoba Bursaries are accessible to all undergraduate students in the university for International Students 2024/2025.
The Manitoba Bursary provides part of the funding to the tune of $240,000 for all eligible students who have enrolled in courses in fall and winter session.

WHAT ARE THE BURSARIES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA?
International students from other countries who are enrolled in the university’s undergraduate degree can get financial support through the Canada University of Manitoba Bursaries for International Students program.
The bursary is to be awarded is based on your financial need and your academic excellent, and it can cover up to 50% of the international student and also cover tuition fee for the academic year.
All new and continuing international undergraduate students are eligible to apply as long as they have shown financial need and academic achievement. Each application is evaluated individually by the selection committee.

ELIGIBILITY BY NATIONALITIES
All the local and international students are eligible for this scholarship award.
ELIGIBILITY BY CRITERIA
1) All students must complete courses in both the fall and winter session to be qualified.
(2) All the students must register for and complete at least 60 percent of a full course load per term in most case (i.e., a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester). Graduate students are not to adhere to this credit hour minimums as long as they are registered as a full-time student with the Faculty of Graduate Studies over the fall and winter session.
(3) Students must attend the minimum C.G.P.A. requirements. Continuing students must have a minimum degree C.G.P.A. of 2.0 New students (from high school) must have a grade 12 and a average of 70% or higher. Students enrolled on Mature Student Status are also be qualified for the bursary consideration.
(4) All the financial needs must be provided on the application. Students who have applied for government student loans from other provinces must tender a copy of a current official government loan assessment to support their declaration of financial need.
Please note, that you don’t have to submit any copy of notice of assessment if you are a Manitoba Student Aid recipients.
(5) All the International students of their first year of post-secondary study in Canada are not qualified to apply for the general bursary program.
